Kelly Wilson, FDN-P
Kelly Wilson, BSRT, FDN-P, is a Functional Health Practitioner specializing in gut health, hormones, blood sugar balance, and sustainable weight support.
With over 20 years in healthcare and a clinical background in respiratory therapy, Kelly brings both medical experience and functional insight to her work. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and type 2 diabetes, she realized conventional approaches weren’t addressing why her body felt stuck. Determined to find better answers, she went back to school to study functional health.
Today, Kelly helps women and men restore energy, mental clarity, and lasting weight balance by supporting the body’s foundations and addressing health challenges at the root cause—without extreme dieting, excessive cardio, or one-size-fits-all plans.
Work Background
Kelly brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, including a clinical background as a registered respiratory therapy. She later returned to school to specialize in functional health and is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), with focused training in gut, hormone, and metabolic health.
